This Privacy Policy describes how HumanX Systems LLC ('HumanX,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') collects, uses, and protects information when you use Wealth Agents (the 'Service'), our AI-powered wealth management workflow platform available at wealthagents.io.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

AI Data Handling

Wealth Agents uses a multi-agent AI orchestration engine to power research synthesis, document generation, and workflow automation within the platform.

Your firm's data — including uploaded documents, investment data, and generated content — is processed by our AI infrastructure solely to provide the Service to you. Your data is not used to train AI models. We have Data Processing Agreements with all AI infrastructure providers that restrict how your data may be used.

AI-generated outputs within the platform are for operational workflow assistance only. They do not constitute financial advice. See the Disclaimers section below.

Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

• —AI infrastructure providers — AI inference and natural language processing. Data Processing Agreements in place.
• —Railway — Application infrastructure and hosting. Data processed and stored within contracted regions.
• —Vercel — Website hosting and edge delivery for wealthagents.io.
• —Payment processor — Billing and payment processing (specific provider disclosed at checkout). PCI-DSS compliant.

All third-party providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and firm data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted from our production systems.

Certain data may be retained longer where required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business purposes (such as financial record-keeping requirements). Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days following deletion from production systems.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of any security vulnerability, please contact us immediately at hello@wealthagents.io.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with applicable law.

CCPA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not sell the personal information of users under 16 years of age.
